Attention Auction Buyers:

• 
  - A 10% buyer’s fee will be added to all winning bids.
  - The deadline for picking up auction vehicles is 4pm the Tuesday following the close of the auction.
  - A valid government issued identification is required to register for the auction.
  - State law states that you have 30 days to transfer the paperwork into your name.
  - Buyer must pick up his/her own paperwork with ID.
  - You are responsible for your buyer number.
  - Anyone violating these rules will be barred indefinitely from future auctions.
  - All vehicles and their contents will be sold “as is” and all sales are final. URVMS may state the year and model of the
  vehicle, however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain by his own means the correctness of the vehicle’s
  year and model prior to bidding.
  - The buyer must register the vehicle with the Department of Motor Vehicle after purchasing it. He assumes full
  responsibility for transfer of ownership through the department of motor Vehicles. The buyer is also responsible for
  all DMV fees.
  - Only cash or certified bank check will be accepted.
  - URVMS reserves the right to accept bids in any increment they feel is in the best interest of the sale.
  - URVMS and its representatives do not accept responsibility for failure of any equipment sold or failure to meet the
  safety standards on classifications of equipment sold by the Department of Labor, Safety, and Health Regulations,
  Federal OSHA, or the Environmental Protection Agencies. It is the express responsibility of the buyer to determine
  what safety equipment must be in services on any machinery purchased.
  - URVMS and its representatives do not in any way guarantee the odometer reading to be actual, true or correct. All
  vehicles sold through sale are sold “TRUE MILEAGE UNKNOWN”
  - URVMS reserves the right to bid on any vehicle.
  - If you are going to bid, be sure you have registered. Do not bid with someone else’s number. If you do, your bid will
  be canceled. Each vehicle has a sale number, which corresponds to the number on the sale list. Before the company
  representative sells off each vehicle he will call out the vehicle’s number. Please make sure you bid on the correct
  vehicle. If you don’t and you are the highest bidder, you still must purchase that vehicle.
  - In case of incorrect paperwork URVMS will not be liable for repairs made to any vehicle before the DMV
  registration process has been completed. Only the purchase price will be refunded.
  - Vehicles are to be removed from the lot immediately after the sale has been completed. However, before the vehicle
  is removed, the buyer must come to the office and sign the paperwork to finalize the sale. Any vehicles not removed
  from the lot by 4pm the Tuesday following the close of the auction will be charged storage fees based upon the set
  rate of $30.00 per day. If not claimed 5 days after sale URVMS will win vehicle by default and have the authority to
  dispose of as deemed.
  - There is absolutely no working on vehicles in the yard. Only one person per vehicle will be allowed in the yard. No
  exceptions!
  - All emission-related repairs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  - Any person who removes parts or property from a vehicle prior to the sale will be asked to leave the premises.
  - URVMS reserves the right to reject any and all bids and declare a no sale on any vehicle.

It is the buyers responsibility to review and judge vehicle condition before bidding.
